Cititower Eola Park
SSMC provided work as a sub-consultant to include construction layout of piles/footers, building, gridline/elevation layout, utilities, hardscape, and related infrastructure, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys. This one-year, $57 million dollar project was a 33-story brand new apartment tower, which would eventually become a signature icon in the downtown area. Our Orlando land surveying and mapping division worked closely with the site’s general contractor and sub-contractors to offer a wide array of services on-call and meet their construction deadlines on time and on budget.
