In a continued effort to retain a pool of qualified professional consultants for general engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and community development, public works, facilities, and engineering professional services, the City of Largo recently selected SSMC for award to provide Land Surveying & Mapping as well as Subsurface Utilities Engineering (SUE) services. As part of this selection, the City retained SSMC’s services to provide plat review and sketch & legal descriptions of four separate parcels in accordance with Chapter 5J-17 F.A.C.
