Walmart Florida Distribution Center (Coca)
SSMC provided work as a sub-contractor for Construction Layout of Buildings, Roadways, Utilities, Hardscape and all related infrastructure, Topographic Surveys and As-Built Surveys for the major big-box retailer – Wal-Mart.
This large large-scale created a new regional distribution center and provided a support facility for retail stores. This was a one-year, $145 million dollar project, and incorporated over a 460 million square foot building footprint.
SSMC worked closely with the general contractor and other site sub-contractors to offer a wide array of services on-call and meet their construction deadlines on time and on budget.
