Darryll E. DeMarsh

Darryll DeMarsh serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SSMC, where he oversees company operations and leads the firm’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) division. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Darryll plays a key role in guiding strategic growth, operational efficiency, project delivery, and client relationships across the organization.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in utility coordination, utility investigations, conflict analysis, and infrastructure support services for transportation and public works projects. His leadership and technical background have helped support complex projects for both public and private sector clients throughout the Southeast.

Darryll works closely with project managers, field teams, CAD/GIS staff, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered with accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to quality and client service.
