Grozio Blevins, GPRT

Grozio “Geno” Blevins serves as Vice President of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) at SSMC and brings more than 13 years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering, surveying, and mapping. In his role, he oversees utility coordination, project planning, estimating, and project administration for utility investigation and conflict verification efforts throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Geno has extensive experience managing complex utility and infrastructure projects for local government agencies, utility providers, engineering firms, and the Florida Department of Transportation. His background includes utility designation, utility mapping, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), GPS and RTK data collection, and utility as-built surveys using advanced locating technologies and industry-standard practices.

Known for his strong technical knowledge and collaborative leadership style, Geno works closely with project managers, field crews, clients, and SSMC’s survey and GIS teams to support accurate utility coordination and successful project delivery across transportation and infrastructure projects.
