Edwin Munoz Jr., PSM

Edwin “Eddie” Munoz serves as Vice President of the Central & Northeast Florida Region and Survey Land Development Director at SSMC. With more than 16 years of surveying and mapping experience, he oversees regional operations, project coordination, and client support for offices located in Leesburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Kissimmee.

Eddie has extensive experience managing a wide range of surveying services for both private and public sector projects, including topographic, hydrographic, right-of-way mapping, route surveys, boundary and specific purpose surveys, construction layout, and land development support. His background also includes preparing plats for recording, boundary monumentation, and coordinating field and office teams to support efficient project delivery.

Known for his strong organizational skills and collaborative leadership approach, Eddie works closely with clients, project managers, field crews, and CAD staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
