William (Bill) Rowe, PSM

William (Bill) Rowe serves as Vice President of Construction and Survey Construction Director at SSMC. With more than 40 years of professional surveying and mapping experience, including over 27 years with the SSMC team, Bill brings extensive expertise in managing complex public and private sector projects throughout the Southeast.

Throughout his career, Bill has served as a Project Surveyor and Manager on numerous continuing surveying and mapping contracts for government and municipal agencies. His background includes project coordination, scheduling, estimating, research, reconnaissance, quality control, and overseeing digital data production from project initiation through final delivery.

Bill also has extensive experience in CAD management and GIS coordination, ensuring project deliverables meet client-specific database requirements and industry standards. Known for his strong leadership and attention to detail, he works closely with field crews, project managers, CAD staff, and clients to support accurate, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

His long-standing industry knowledge, operational experience, and commitment to excellence continue to support SSMC’s construction and infrastructure services across multiple markets and regions.
