Eustis Residential
SSMC was selected to assist in the Surveying and Mapping of an upcoming residential subdivision in the Lakeland, Florida area on behalf of Highland Homes. This was designated to be a thorough collection of data and mapping of that data in preparation of overall planning and construction of the subdivision.
During the allotted period, our survey teams conducted multiple Survey Services across the designated area and beyond, collecting data within a 50’ envelope of the area so as to prepare for any future easements or expansions to the subdivision. This, coupled with extensive Subsurface Utility Designation, Collection, and Drafting, was provided to the client in a format cohesive to their projected construction efforts.
All of the collected data was used to create a final construction plan for the subdivision and will result in a substantial expansion of the residential areas of Lakeland, Florida, providing homes and visually appealing landscapes for decades to come.
