Resulted in the go-ahead on the construction of over 45 miles of high-voltage power transmission lines between Argyle and Santa Rosa Beach. The new installment of power transmission lines increased reliability of power to customers in the surrounding areas and increased the power grid’s resiliency in case of an emergency.

With the assistance of local surveying firms, SSMC was given the responsibility of surveying, locating, and designating utilities along the proposed route for new high voltage power transmission lines through the Santa Rosa Beach area.
Within the 90 days allotted by the client, we located all utilities along the proposed route and designated them according to client specifications. In so doing, we prevented any damage to said utilities and prevented any potential interruption during the anticipated construction process.
