Professional Witness Testimony
Acting as an independent professional, SSMC also offers Professional Witness and Testimony services through Continuing Services Contracts with many Local and State agencies. Supporting surveying services may include but would not be limited to the preparation of reports and exhibits, review and analysis of owner surveying reports, miscellaneous reports and exhibits, site visits, proposed cures, evaluation of governmental requirements and restrictions on use, preparation for and attendance at meetings, depositions, mediations; hearings and trial, assistance with drafting and responding to discovery, and providing expert testimony at depositions; hearings and trial.
