As part of Project Titan—itself a follow-up and expansion to the previous Project Stallion—SSMC was brought onboard to survey the fifteen-plus acres required to build the projected three new MRO hangars on-site at the Pensacola International Airport. We were fortunate to work alongside a global engineering firm on this project, giving us access to their breadth of research alongside our own.
In so doing, we confirmed ownership of the property to be developed, provided all required mapping for right-of-ways and utilities, and created a digital terrain model (DTM) from topographic data collected across the prospective building site.
