Working with Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) and the site General Contractor, Wharton Smith, Inc., SSMC’s Construction Support division provided horizontal and vertical project control, construction layout, and final as-builts for this $24 million dollar magnet school. By ensuring quality and accurate project control was set at the start of construction, SSMC field and office personnel were able to facilitate efforts and the build’s overall progress by minimizing delays and avoiding costly mistakes. As the first team member on-site and one of the last crews to leave once as-built data has been collected, SSMC stands with its clients at every stage of the project.
