Founded in 2023 by Jeffrey Schwartz, PSM, PE and Corey Maylone, CST III, SMA quickly earned a reputation for providing professional surveying and mapping services with its strong focus on quality control, client satisfaction, and schedule management. With more than 25 years of surveying experience, Jeff Schwartz brings a wealth of expertise in boundary retracement and mapping, as well as a proven track record of responsiveness, accountability, and technical excellence.
SMA also brings Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) experience, with prequalifications in work groups 8.1, 8.2, and 8.4, further strengthening SSMC’s capabilities in this vital area.
