With 38 years of professional surveying and mapping experience, including 27 years with the SSMC Team, Bill brings a wealth of expertise in both the private and public sectors. He has served as a Project Surveyor and Manager on numerous continuing surveying and mapping services contracts for government and municipal agencies.
Bill specializes in CAD management, coordinating qualified staff and ensuring all deliverables meet project-specific database requirements. His responsibilities include research, reconnaissance, project coordination, estimation, and scheduling. He is also well-versed in GIS, quality control, and overseeing digital data production from start to finish.
Bill is known for his commitment to quality and his ability to manage complex projects with precision. He supports internal leadership and client teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compatible survey data is delivered every time.
