Thomas K. Mead, PSM, PLS

Thomas “Thom” Mead serves as Chief Executive Officer of Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation and brings more than 40 years of professional surveying and mapping experience to the organization. Thom was instrumental in the company’s expansion throughout the Florida Panhandle in the early 2000s and has served as President since 2018, helping lead SSMC through continued growth and regional expansion.

Throughout his career, Thom has overseen a wide range of complex projects supporting transportation, land development, utilities, and construction initiatives for both public and private sector clients. Known for his operational leadership and industry expertise, he is committed to delivering quality service while fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and innovation. Under his leadership, SSMC continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner throughout the Southeast.
